Directions

This oil can be used both orally and externally. As our oil is extremely potent due to its freshness and purity only half or even a quarter of a tea spoon daily is sufficient.

Shake well before use.

Can be mixed with pure raw honey.

Half a tea spoon in warm water can be taken daily.

Can mix half tea spoon in home made juices or smoothies.

Externally a few drops can be applied and rubbed to target area.

For larger areas of the skin or for hair a small amount of this oil can be mixed with olive oil.

Not suitable for taking during pregnancy.

Not suitable for under 5 years of age.
