Directions

Mix 1 scoop (approx. 12g) with 300ml of cold water.

Drink between 1 and 20 minutes before your workout. We recommend no more than 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.

If you decide to have 2 scoops then mix in approx. 500ml of cold water.
